- Mince garlic
- Dice white onion
- Slice Potatoes thinly into small chunks (keep skin on)
- Add garlic, onion & potatoes to slow cooker
- Add chicken broth + water to slow cooker
- Cook via slow cooker on low for 5 hours
- Add greens + heavy cream last and simmer for 30 min.
- Top with parmesan cheese and serve with garlic bread. Add red pepper flakes for a little kick.
