Trader Joe’s Limone Alfredo Homemade Pizza with Arugula + Prosciutto
Today I’m sharing my new pizza creation/recipe with Trader Joe’s new Limone Alfredo! This new Limone Alfredo is amazing and you can use it with so many things like pasta and with chicken in the crockpot. I recenlty tried it as a pizza sauce with arugula and prosciutto and it was to die for! It’s a must try for your next homemade pizza night!

Trader Joe's new Limone Alfredo is amazing and can be used with pasta and as a pizza sauce! Layer it on top of Trader Joe's frozen pizza crust with arugula + proscuitto and mozzarella and you have the MOST amazing pizza!

Ingredients
- 1 Trader Joe's Frozen pizza Crust
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup Trader Joe's Limone Alfredo Sauce spread sauce evenly over pizza crust
- 2 cups Arugula
- 3 slices Proscuitto
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- olive oil lightly drizzle olive oil over the top of the cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Remove frozen pizza crust from package
- Spread Limone Alfredo sauce over pizza crust. Make sure to spread a small amount - spread evenly over center toward the edges of the pizza crust
- Next add arugula - spread evenly.
- Break apart prosciuitto into small pieces and add throughout the pizza.
- Spread mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizza.
- Drizzle with a very small amount of olive oil.
- Bake at 425 for about 10 min. depending on how cooked you like your cheese and crust. Keep and eye on it - this particular crust bakes fast!
- Allow pizza to cool for 5 min. before cutting.
