Trader Joe’s Limone Alfredo Homemade Pizza with Arugula + Prosciutto
Trader Joe’s new Limone Alfredo is amazing and can be used with pasta and as a pizza sauce! Layer it on top of Trader Joe’s frozen pizza crust with arugula + proscuitto and mozzarella and you have the MOST amazing pizza!

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Remove frozen pizza crust from package
  3. Spread Limone Alfredo sauce over pizza crust. Make sure to spread a small amount – spread evenly over center toward the edges of the pizza crust
  4. Next add arugula – spread evenly.
  5. Break apart prosciuitto into small pieces and add throughout the pizza.
  6. Spread mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizza.
  7. Drizzle with a very small amount of olive oil.
  8. Bake at 425 for about 10 min. depending on how cooked you like your cheese and crust. Keep and eye on it – this particular crust bakes fast!
  9. Allow pizza to cool for 5 min. before cutting.
