Crostini with Spinach Artichoke Cheese Spread Topped with Diced Tomatoes, Parsley and White Truffle Olive Oil

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Loaf French Baquette
  • 4 Roma Tomatores
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 container Spinach & Artichoke Cheese Spread
  • 1 bunch Fresh Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Italian White Truffle Olive Oil
  • pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cut bread into small slices
  3. Place sliced bread onto a cookie sheet and place in the oven until lightly toasted
  4. Remove sliced bread from oven and rub with a garlic clove
  5. Set bread aside and prepare topping
  6. Clean and dice Roma tomatoes
  7. In a bowl combine a pinch of salt, olive oil and diced fresh parsley to tomatoes
  8. Mixture tomato and olive oil topping and set aside
  9. Spread cheese over each piece of toasted bread
  10. Top with a small amount of tomato mixture
  11. Serve immediately

Favorite Spinach & Artichoke Cheese Spread is from alouette® & Italian White Truffle Olive Oil. You can use any flavor cheese spread or regular olive oil as well!
