Ingredients
  

  • 1 Loaf French Baquette
  • 4 Roma Tomatores
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 container Spinach & Artichoke Cheese Spread
  • 1 bunch Fresh Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Italian White Truffle Olive Oil
  • pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Cut bread into small slices
  • Place sliced bread onto a cookie sheet and place in the oven until lightly toasted
  • Remove sliced bread from oven and rub with a garlic clove
  • Set bread aside and prepare topping
  • Clean and dice Roma tomatoes
  • In a bowl combine a pinch of salt, olive oil and diced fresh parsley to tomatoes
  • Mixture tomato and olive oil topping and set aside
  • Spread cheese over each piece of toasted bread
  • Top with a small amount of tomato mixture
  • Serve immediately

Favorite Spinach & Artichoke Cheese Spread is from alouette® & Italian White Truffle Olive Oil. You can use any flavor cheese spread or regular olive oil as well!
